A star-studded fashion event to benefit The Jenna Druck Foundation, Young Women’s Leadership Program, followed by “Fashionista Trunk Show”



A spectacular fashion event – “THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT” will be held on the May 19, 2010 at the Museum of Photographic Arts at Balboa Park, San Diego. Actor/singer/Television star Jai Rodriguez will be the Master of Ceremonies and auctioneer for the event. The evening begins with a show presenting “Project Runway Season 6” designer Christopher Straub’s entire 2010 fall ensemble. San Diego designers Jose Maria and Jeffrey Parish will feature their latest collection. Miriam Jewels, unique handmade jewelry will launch the Papillion Collection, 20% of sales of which benefit the foundation.

Proceeds of the event will benefit the Young Women’s Leadership program of the Jenna Druck Foundation. Guests will enjoy an evening of live music by Australian musician Lee Coulter; and view the ongoing exhibit ‘State of Mind’ at MoPA along with the fashion show.

The “Fashionista Trunk Show” will take place the following evening, May 20th, on the rooftop of the W Hotel. Hosted event, with 10% of purchases donated to the Jenna Druck Foundation.
